Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for appointments. Late Cancellation or No-Show Fees: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time or for no-show appointments. This fee helps to cover the costs associated with the lost appointment slot. Deposits or Prepayments: For appointments exceeding a certain duration or cost, a deposit or prepayment may be required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards the total cost of the service. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. Communication: Clients are encouraged to communicate any changes to their appointments promptly. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and accommodate other clients.
